ok checked the sytem spec again with Phaze, still im buyin two bew IDE cables see how that works :)

Probs are fixed, seems that my boot disk is much faster then the other disk i have in me pc, if i burn data from the bootdisk i'll end up burning a dvd in 10 mins !!

Prob solved case closed.
