i'm not 100% committed to ??torrent yet.....was grabbing a torrent earlier and it was having trouble connecting to the tracker but was getting seeds/peers from DHT but speeds where sluggish....thought i'd give bitcomet a shot and within minutes i was at full speed on d/l and connecting to all seeds/peers via tracker
BUT i gave ?torrent another try for a period of time and again it fails to connect to a decent amount of seeds/peers and speeds still sluggish....So fire up bitcomet again and boom speeds start flying again and within half the time i gave ?torrent to download some chunks bitcomet had practically doubled it's amount if not tripled it
Only thing that bothers me still is bitcomets complete lack of bandwidth allocation.....not a problem when i only have one torrent running that can have all the bandwidth but when i have more than one it's a waste of time trying to dedicate a certain amount of bandwidth to torrents i'd want to give more to as it can't handle it
so the dilemna continues.....?torrent is nice for bandwidth allocation and can
sometimes get half decent speeds down so great when you have more than one torrent on the go or Bitcomet with flying download speeds within minutes but crap bandwidth allocation when running mutiple torrents
can anyone see a solution to this problem?....ok it's not really a problem but ah well
