I'm just curious to find out which e-mule server is used most by the members on this site. Thanks, Bip. :beerchug:

I just manually added 9 severs and set my mule to auto connect. to the first available 99% of the time it connects to one of the donkeyservers or saugcenter.

It doesn't seem to matter as much, performance wise, since razorback2 bit the dust

I use donkey servers 1 2 3, and 6 (? crap missing a few now..) only. And KAD too.

My question is What server has the most people regularly? Donkey 1 and 2 have been up to 900k or more. Any others?

Server exchange when you connect to clients and servers means that essentially you already get the good ones.

Anyway, regarding servers, they are far more important with edonkey because its very weak on the source exchange factor. When i recommend emule to people, i usually mention the strength of source exchange. This makes the servers a lot less relevant these days, the clients get the sources themselves.

If you double click a download, you can see where the source came from. I find only a few sources come from the server per download.
