Anyone any suggestions ?

This basic HP is going strait into the garbage bin - it's like a spunge .....it drinks more ink than I do beer

Yeah I know a laser printer is the most economic on long term - but the holidays left me somewhat financially constricted...

Please suggestions, share good/bad experiences ..

Not really, unless you print reem after reem. Toner refills are really expensive.

I dunno, I just have a 930c which does the trick, but all printers are very expensive to maintain due to the artificially high ink prices.

Same here, I'm on 930c and it is very economic. I can even afford the original ink cartridges.

Didn't like them, the ink was leaking after some time. Still have a few in my drawer, but don't use them anymore.

I never buy new toners, i get a new printer instead :-)
Got myself an HP Laserjet 1010, pretty cheap and fast. I can't stand those slow inkjet printers, and who needs color anyway? I can watch porn on the screen, no need to print it :-)
