hella cool ![]() I have a DV bridge, so that unfortunately means my stuff comes in as uncompressed AVI / DV ![]() I've been hoping for them to upgrade DV Bridges for divx encoding on the fly, they took their sweet time. Just one bad thing I can see imediately --> USB 2.0, would have been better as Firewire! |

although there are major concerns: Apply filters --> you will most likely get interlaced mess and will have to re-encode ie. quality loss. What about resize, etc? How programmable is the hardware? It's divx --> xvid would be better imo Updateable --> patchable with newer optimised codecs?
