Stay away from windows 2003 mate ![]() I tryed it and becuase it's built on server technology. Isn't really suited to a home PC. It may well be stable but alot of the functions are missing or different becuase it is a server build of windows! Like shutdown, it's not as easy as clicking on start shutdown and then it does...... If ya want more info I could PM you. But from my experience. Windows 2000 (Pro/Server) is the best+stable version of windows there is! But give 2003 a try but you'll find that the server additions just make it more complictaed to run as a home PC. Like alot of software WIL NOT run on it, like dvd/virus/firewall becuase it is a enterprise edition of windows? Anyway basically - "NO" to your question! |

The one i got a while back was this one : ed2k: Windows_2000_SP3_4in1.ShareReactor.iso [701.88 Mb] [Stats] ed2k: Windows_2000_SP3_4in1.ShareReactor.nfo [628 Bytes] [Stats] Was a bootable CD and includes ALL versions of Windows 2000. Alot of the Windows Disks aren't bootable so you need to boot from floppy disc or install ontop of windows. This one worked a treat for me! [ Add all 2 links to your ed2k client ] |
