hehe... hoping someone with an xbox can help me out with some bits of advise (PCA probably, you seem to be the resident sexboxer ![]() Firstly, this is more of a "lost page", there has been somewhere a link to a site which lists how to find out what model number an xbox is, what revision and what drive it has. There were little charts saying what revision to date, and some photos of telling the drives apart. Anyone grab the url? Secondly, what is the current revision and drive used in the Xbox? I assume its 1.5 which is slightly modified, but now working with chips ![]() Thirdly, I hear sexchat live... erm xbox live ( ![]() Fourthly, what media do you use for playing movies? I've started burning 6 movies to a DVD-r in nero as is, will the thing struggle with something so simple? ..probably more qs to come later... |

no. Xbox Live will not ban you.... it WILL ban you if you have the chip enabled when you connect, but you just have to turn it off and then connect. There is also firmware now that will STOP you from acidently connecting. I use verbatium DVD-R but I had a lot of trouvble getting dvd-r data disks to be read by the Xbox.. ther is a application called "Stomp Recordnow MAX" If you use this application and burn with it set to defaults after a fresh install the media CAN be read no problems in XBMC ---> This is wear I solved this problem @ hhah |
