recently when i click a link in a post, e.g. the imdb link, it used to open in a new window but now it opens in the same tab, fink it may have conincided with updating Firefox to v1.0 but not sure. is this the same 4 others using Firefox? |

Yep, but it can be changed if you'd like. Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Tabbed Browsing |

also look at the "tabbrowser extentions" for some real control over how its handled. |

nah i already checked the advanced-tabbed browsing but there is not an option to open links in new windows there |

new windows??? urgghh, thats it rape one of the best things about alternatives to IE! ![]() The aforementioned extension can do that if you so with to go "back to the primitive" ![]() |
