I spent a few time doing my DB yesterday, took a export to origons.com you can see on my signature. I like this too, no need to create/edit scripts as I just want it to keep a list of films I add and the actors in them. Dunno what script I use but it grabs all the info I need from IMDB, nice bit of kit. |

Btw how do i export info to post on web forum spud? Like you do on this forum THnx
You use this one: (Adjustable_Script-Full_Import_'Default')_FreaKBrother_06_Jan_2005.txt its the default script of software. Check every info from IMDB. |

lol, i noticed Doe has posted in the request forum and the functioanlity of this program expanded based on that 'clean up filenames'. I've requested inbuilt MD4 (edonkey) hashing since MD5 is there, and also the ability to take screenshots automatically. That would make it spot on from what I need ![]() He's been batting out revisions recently ![]() |

hehe, I've been posting alot there. I was the one who suggested the 'Cleaning' feature in the first place, along with a bunch of others which have been added, like the 'add year to title' and at least 10 bugfixes. Of course he is only one person, and has a limited amount of time, but still it's extremley anoying with all the fixes and features which don't get fixed though. Like the 'sort by date' bug, which he has now finally fixed in v. 3.4, but alot of us has been posting about for ages, and he always replies: Will be fixed in next version. some bugs and missing features: the type Icon wont display with different sorting no mpeg reading EMM Hogs files that aren't recognized. (You wont be able to delete the file before quitting EMM) you can't do a multiple file add, and have some fields put into all of them at once (like if you add all files from a dvd, it would be nice to have the same dvdid on all of them..) Updating EMM doesn't delete old version in register something is terribly wrong about the importin in the new version also a little anoying is the fact that the app gets kinda slow once you get a big database, prolly due to the programming being done in VB?? |
