You are sure this is not a fake message? I don't trust this. It could cause much legal trouble from server maintainer. Even more than they might have now. |

Just noticed this message concerning 2 of my paused files. Unpaused and it turned out it was correct, the files were incomplete. This is sent by the servers, not by other users, so I guess it's a new feature. |
