What one you guys use? I was using WMP9 as it has always been cool for me, but just been experimenting with BSPlayer, wow is all I can say, less resources, seems to playback smoother, and I can finally watch movies with seperate subs LOL |

Zoomplayer is the best in my view. I use multiple monitors so the features and interface make it essential for that purpose. I used BSplayer and it's a solid player, but it had no advantages over zplayer so i stook with Zoom. Media Player Classic is recommended as a casual player and to replace realmedia and quicktime (if you have them installed media player classic can play those formats ) |

I use either MediaPlayer Classic or BSPlay, hate the versions of ms media player since 6.4, just bloated. |

try Light Alloy! reasons: small, pretty, if u dont have proper codec it will load page with links to place where u can get those codecks. (very usefull sometimes) can play corrupted files. like AviPreview. good interface for working with filters and so on.. give it a chance! |

i use bsplayer the most, though a few formats it doesnt play.i made some skins for basplayer i can post them somewhere if you want them. the skin i made and use is very small, takes up very little space. hehe, i guess i could make a takyon skin. zoomplayer is what most people ive seen recommend, it uses the least cpu and is updated frequently. seems about 2 times a month it gets updated. one i really like is that sasmiki2k(spelled something like that). its not updated, but it is very configurable, with real time filters for different effects. i use it for the poor quality avi's because the scanlines and low pass/average filters make some of the poorer ones watchable. |
