How legit is this movie ? Just clicked the link from the main page and I don't want something as lame as Faces of Death (the original one), where the only real scenes, from what I could tell, were the dog fight and morgue scenes.

No, I'm not perverse ... I'm studying to become a forensic anthropologist / pathologist. Watching accidents etc. on humans gives a good understanding of how and why people die in the way that they do.

It's a hell of alot more realistic then faces of death!

Don't worry!!!

Theres always people who say it's fake and people who say it's real.

No way of telling for sure on the TV screen, but it's brutal stuff.

So should be somethiing for you to start on!

Have you seen this FACES OF DEATH F.A.Q.? Don't know how trusty that source is, but it's worth to check out if you are interested in background of those films

Well these are way more brutal than the Faces series. They claim everything on it is real...But it is NOT all Death..a few live through it...and there are scenes of just stupid shit like a race car driver getting out and punching his rival. But IMO these are probably the best of any series that is out there. The Many Faces of Death (which is different from Faces of Death) is the most concise as it gives explanations of what is going on like a news broadcast..that series does not glorify the violence..Traces does and they revel in it.
I think it was Satan that was looking to buy these on DvD..Here is one source for the set..apparently they do sell individual parts too.

This site here will pretty much answer all your questions on any reality series available and unavailable.

This site here gives blow by blow play by play coverage of some of them..mainly traces and Banned from TV(Which I think is released in the VCD section by somebody else).Gotta admire his dedication on the site though.

Although he is wrong on some of the scenes beeing fake for a fact that I know of,but good list of upcoming trauma just the same.
Hope that answers some questions. As of this point I think 3 is about completly finshed amoung members of this board and #4 is beeign released out currently...I also got DOA up but I haven't wrote a Release post yet..Trying to get 4 done a bit more
