The City Of The Dead aka Horror Hotel - nice classic with Christopher Lee as a professor, who teaches students about witchcraft. One of them is so interested that she wants to visit an old town where witchcraft used to reign. Or does it still? Atmospheric, nice acting and a good storyline make this a viewing pleasure, but it is not so fast paced or action packed, so if you want some of that too, you need to watch more than one movie. Recommended.

Barbarian Queen II - still nice, this Lana Clarkson vehicle. A lot less bad than part 1, but still some nice moments, for example the scene in which the warlord says the gate must be close: on the other end the gate is closed immediately, like they had a telepathic connection. When the rebels push against the gatea few minutes later it easily opens, by the way. Recommended for bad moviefans, but if you can choose, choose part 1.

Death Line aka Raw Meat - I have seen a little too many underground/subway horror movies lately. This one is OK-ish, the "monster" looks gross, but it isn't very scary. Some other gross stuff makes up for the gore score, but this isn't a film I'm gonna remember by it's story. Some nice 70s outfits, though ;)

Vigilante - nice revengefilm, the build up of the story is real nice. Some brutal violence too. It has an 80s atmosphere, but it is missing the cuteness, which is totally correct in this film. Good acting, it is a dangerous subject for overacting: Latino and "African American" gangsters, but it doesn't happen, nice. I really liked this film, recommended.

The Witch's Sabbath - well, this is easy. If you want naked tits, watch this one. This is more of a horrorporn movie than anything else. Syn Devil shows her silicones for the audience, at first a bit shy, than more and more until we get to see those monsters almost every other shot. The storyline is nothing special, the tits distract a lot too. Recommended or bad moviefans and fans of boobs, boobs and nothing but boobs.

Killjoy 3 - well, went in with zero expectations, because Killjoy 1 and 2 were bad in a boring way. I was surprised to find myself mildly entertained. It is a true sequel, as in that the storyline continues and it's not one of those "does nothing have to do with the previous installments" flicks. There are several demonic clowns in this one, an improvement, as I might say. What makes this movie still a bad one is the morale story about the son of the professor, it is really puke-inducing. Mildly recommended. If you are put down by parts 1 and 2, give this oen a chance, as it is better than those first two.

Zombie Driftwood - simple storyline about 2 guys and 2 girls going on a trip and ending up in a beach bar. Outside masses of ombies, inside lame jokes and rock T-shirts. The lameness of the jokes almost melted me down. Example: in a news broadcast, there is this banner in the lower part of the screen, like on CNN etc. A news message says "Donut dealer quits - tired of whole business". Ha. Ha. Ha. The zombie attack has some nice jokes in it, but all in all this is not something to remember. I won't recommend this, but it is not a total waste of time either. Skip the first half hour, though, that way you miss the most lame jokes.

Ils (2006). Well, i was expecting more; more more. When i first heard of this movie, i thought it really will be some really scary stuff with some unusual Romanian atmosphere - if such thing exists :D And i, almost until the end, tried to convince myself, that there will be some twist, and the explanation wount be so simple... but it was. Some nice moments it has, half of the movie is really good, the atmosphere (until your expectations crashes) is done also good, but after Children and - even more - after Eden Lake... this didnt seemed so great. But the baby has really really nice and sexy ass, - so you should think twice, do you really wanna skip this one.

Bonnie And Clyde Vs Dracula - this one starts out nice, the opening scene was quite funny. After that it drags down and becomes boring until the final scene in which you actually get to see the titlefight. Although it is pretty cool, it can't save the 70 minutes inbetween those two moments and that makes this movie not recommendable. The Bonnie and Clyde characters are OK, but almost all others are stupid and/or superfluous. I really disliked the Annabel character and I was actually hoping she'd get killed fast. The entire storyline about the disfigured doctor seems stupid. Skip it.

Interplanetary - this one was quite fun. Way more alien action than I'd had hoped. Not that your screen will be swarming with them, but still, after a pretty long introduction and some weird stuff happening at the space station, you get treated by a nice monster with some cool action. The characters in this one are a lot less boring than in Bonnie And Clyde Vs Dracula, it kept me interested at least. I didn't like the ending so much, but the film itself was OK. Mildly recommended.

The Garbage Pail Kids Movie - not horror, more of a kid's movie. I can be short. It is an 80s movie and some of the atmosphere is therefore OK, but the whole story, the dolls, the characters: it couldn't grab me. At some point I noticed I had been doing several other things while watching this film, and that is never a good sign. I'd say only watch this if you are an avid fan of the Garbage Pail Kids, but then again, you then probably already have. Avoid.

Dead Hooker in a Trunk - this is a debut film of Canadian twin sisters and they also star in the lead roles. The storyline is a bit chaotic, but it concludes pretty nicely. One of the sisters is going to pick up a friend at some Christian youthclub, and afterwards they find a dead body in their trunk. Because they don't want to get into trouble they plan on ditching it, but some of them object. This leads to several encounters, with druglords, gangsters, serial killers and weirdos. There is loads of violence and blood. Some scenes tend to drag a bit when they have a (verbal) fight among themselves, but it is entertaining enough to not ffwd. It is kind of nice, especially for a debut film. A lot of filmmakers (especially the ones who made such crap as Goregasm and stuff like that) should watch this to see how it can be done in a better way. Recommended, keep in mind it is a first timer, though.

House of Bones - haunted house story with Charisma Carpenter again as the tormented psychic (she seems to be cast like that a lot lately) who has to find the spirits, bla bla. Quite a good atmosphere, better than I expected. The plot is quite cliche, though, and the creature on the movieposter you never get to see in the film. Nice gore and creative killings make it enjoyable enough. Classic ending. Not bad, but only mildly recommended.

Sorority House Massacre - this one is not so long but still it succeeds in being boring for something like half an hour. Only when the killer is really letting loose there is enough action going on. The childhood story is cliche, the girls who get killed are not very good looking, but characters are at least a bit interesting and the drean/reality thing is also good enough to keep you watching. But I must say that I had expected more of this one and thus I was quite a bit disappointed. Also, mildly recommended.

Sssssss - it took a long while to realise that this was indeed a horror movie and not some mediocre thriller. At the start of the movie there is a statement about the reptiles all being real and the cast/crew having worked in dangerous circumstances. I don't buy that. If the producer really was putting so many people in danger by having them perform in the same room as an ultra poisonous snake, he would have been charged with some legal issues. The first hour you get to see a lot of snakes, a scientist working with them and a carnival. In the last part it all comes together. It is nicely done, but it could have been done faster. It was nice to see Dirk Benedict being someone else than Face from A-Team. Recommended.

Siren (2010) The beginning was great i'd say:
-where you head it?
-?...
-i know that place
but after that, theres just too much mixed-ups, flashes and stuff like that. Couple editing mistakes. Also, sometimes i just didnt understand the reactions of heroes: oh, my man dies, so ill just say i love you... etc. They could make a way better stuff from Siren mythology. But it has boobs (not naked, but very beautiful), two lesbian kisses, half gore scene, and very beautiful Rachel. She was the main reason why i watched it until the ending. Her face looks so like my (lets hope) next wife's, that sometimes it's hard to believe :)
I wouldnt recommend this movie.
And now im just gonna look for the rest movies with "Rachel"

Hehe, it has a cast of 4! GL on watching "Rachel" movies, your best bet seems to be The Descent part 2

The Hot Box aka Hell Cats - a group of nurses gets caught by revolutionaries in the fictional republic of San Rosario, and they are forced to help the revolutionaries with medical aid and teachings. At first, they want to escape and they try to, but the attempt fails (rather foolishly too, driving with the jeep and then stopping at the riverbank - why not drive the jeep through the water?). Later on, they escape once more and they end up in the hands of government troops. This isn't paradise either so they return and help the revolutionaries. This all goes mixed with violent firefights, some WIP elements and a lot of bogus acting. Recommended if you like exploitation, or bad movies in general. Expect a rip of this in a few weeks.

Sunset Vampires aka Pearblossom - two hot girls become vampires for god (yes, I didn't understand either). They need to kill the most evil men to save mankind, but one of the hotgirls decides it is OK to kill anyone. This leads to a conflict in which only one of the hot girls can survive. While they hide for the sunlight, the police of Pearblossom is trying to solve the case of dead people lying around on the highway. There is an appearance of Electra Avellan, who visits the hide-out with her family. This film is yet another different take on vampirism, and it works rather OK. The girls are hot. Recommended. Expect a rip of this in a few weeks.

exactly  Well, what can i say. For me the movie ended up at 0:55, but for others... As a sequel its really ok. If you liked first part, you should watch and this one - cause its a reall second part, not just movie with same name and number two near by. The very ending maybe suggests us that there will be number 3 also... Ok, now about "Rachel": fucking bastards, they really deserved to die :voodoo: i would have eaten those rocks  also, its not ok for me so intense episodes with her - thanks god she didnt participated in "Buried"
Resume: i would say this time imdb rating is fair enough. Movie is watchable. Even good in some parts. Not worse than first part at least. And a way better than that "James Cameron's Sanctum" - which was totally boring for me.

LOL, you actually did watch Descent 2

SS Doomtrooper - I watched this one because I wanted to see more Corin Nemec films, and this was one of them. I knew that it was gonna be shitty when I went in, so expectations were at an all time low. A justifiable decision. This movie is so damn stupid, it is almost unbelievable. It has a big set of terrible cliches (the Frenchman dislikes ze americanz, but then they get to know each other and hey! they turn out to be having the same profession! (baker, no kidding) shortly after the Frenchman gets killed - YAWN), a disproportionately large part of CGI, like in all Scifi Original movies and some really bad plot twists. The nazis are actually close to nazisploitation, as they are totally ridiculed in this flick, only in a different way of course, much more emphasis on the nazi "scientist" and there is no sex or torture. I must say, that few of the CGI was good, which is more than usual in a Scifi Original movie. If you want brainless fun and/or laugh at "filmmakers", this is your chance. Otherwise, avoid.

Scream of the Banshee / 2011
Effects: cheap. Masquerade: cheap; well, maybe the head was ok. Acting: lame; if we presume, that there were two atleast experianced actors... directing: lame x2. Story: boring. Scary: none. Goth: she is not goth. Boobs: not bad - see below - but never naked. Imagination: should've attacked boobs. Soundtrack: one song; all the time. Sequel: let's hope wouldn't.
OK enough: black guy rips his face off; girl takes her eyes off; blood on goth (she is not); cross-box; sword.
Good: massages - Ghost Hunters on Tuesday, some Kitchen on Wednesday - it really makes the film not so boring; fonts; poster (we see just a part ot that for few seconds; no boob).
TV movie? Well, Spongebob Squarepants is at least funny.
P.S. That guy paints his fingernails. And he's not goth also btw.

Verdict: Avoid this bitch*.

F

I really liked this shit. Yet it was another one from "children cruelty" factory. Short: school, evening, detentions, alcoholic teacher, gay security guy (sorry, i meant fitness loving security guy)... and the others. And the others Others. Hood'ers :]. So, they burn trash (almost literally) and goes into school. No, you're wrong - not to learn after school. Just to kill. For no fucking reason. And that's the thing i really really liked: no bullshit talks, no explanations, no faces. And it good, cause with those really simple measures, director creates some urban mythology - i would dare to say. Also cool how those guys are walking: jumping, crawling on things and furniture. Great. There are few gory scenes (one i would call "Jaws"), atmosphere is ok, story - also ok, but as i said - main thing why i liked this film, was this mythology. You know that those are just some kids from the block, but also... you kinda wish to doubt that...

One hot chick, sorry, no naked boobs - but i recommend this one.

P.S. maybe someone knows the main song? With that girls voice... Really greatly fited here. great track.

OK, I'll click F anyway. I thought it'd be shit.

Fritz The Cat - cult animated film about a cat who has a delirious life full of sex and drugs. It is very 70s, and I didn't like all of it because it really showed it was made back then. Some of it was quite hard to follow, but some of it was really funny. I laughed a few times, but there were also pretty lame jokes which fell flat. Some of the music was great, but I already knew that 70s music was cool. I find it hard to recommned this, but it isn't bad either. It is one of those movies you must have seen once, but you don't have to watch it again.

The Vanquisher - this was tripe. I thought it was some scifi/horror stuff like Machine Girl or something. I was totally wrong. This Thai movie was very badly dubbed in English and it was all about some criminals and some secret agents turning criminal and they all fight each other with swords and guns. There you have it. Why run after a guy with your sword when you can kill him with one shot in the back? I think cultural differences played a big part here. I thought this one was boring, but maybe you like it if you are into Asian stuff. For me it just confirmed that I can only enjoy the best and the worst Asian films and everything inbetween is just not for me. Avoid.

The Clinic 2010, The Prowl 2010 - both unfinished; skipped. First, somehow lame, that bunch of stupid womans and etc. through, theres boobs - and nice ones - in this one. Second - i cant stand that shit, when guys drive with a car, and you easily see through the windows that theres just some projector video playing. Through, i may give this one a second chance, cause when i FF it, some later scenes looked ok

Just watched Ken Russell's The Devils, which is wonderfully insane, overloading the senses and works extremely well. Very good film, Terry Gilliam meets Witchfinder General playing in Arthur Miller's The Crucible.

Damn, i was surprised. It has: boobs, beautiful goth girl, metal music, suicide addicted guy, incest moments, good camera work, good director work - some slow moments, ie fit very very good. And theres some really great twists. Moments and turn you didnt even expected. First of all, i thought it will be one of those college boys and girls movies - but NO. It's much sicker. And much more pink. Also, good actors work, imo, especially Lola Stone. Good crowns. Good drill. Good water.
Verdict: really interesting and well done movie, that has only one problem - misleading or even lame cover (especially, when you look at the smaller picture - you'll definately will skip it). Recommended. You have to watch this at least one time. And just look at Lola's hand in one of the ending scenes.

I'm not pretty enough....

Killer Killer - going in expecting absolutely nothing, I was pleasantly surprised that at least there were some good aspects to this film. There is some decent acting, there are creative killings (these were the least expected for me) and the plot is not too bad. Something which really is bad, is video quality. I regret having watched the DVD instead of my own rip... So, this was not so bad. It isn't a great film either, but for something low budget, nicely done. Mildly recommended. Release is today. Watch the forums.

Ceremony - I knew this was gonna be an SBiG fest, and I was right. Just look at the cover to know what to expect (great fake monster!). Apart from the cool monster there are some christians who think they can pull a stunt and then find out that it wasn't such a good idea. Stupid christians. When almost all of them are dead, they finally thinko f a suitable solution for the trouble they created themselves. Nice going. Lots of fun for bad moviefans, so if you are one, check this one out. Expect a release soon.

Witchouse 3: Demon Fire - low budget B-movie, but again, some aspects surprised me in a positive way. The plot was quite good, although they give a very obvious hint at some point and after that the surprise is gone. Still, it was not so cliche as one would think. Effects are OK, but there are some serious cases of overacting which made me laugh. The ending was a bit meh. Mildly recommended. Expect a release soon.

Vengeance of the Dead - I was in for some nice bad zombie action. Well, I should have picked a different movie. It isn't a zombie movie at all, it is about a guy who sort of gets possessed and then starts killing people, mostly elderly men. At some point the film expalins why and it is , mmm, OK-ish. The killings are nice and fiery, and there was one scene which was so hilarious that I kept laughing for minutes: one elderly man is peeking thorugh a hole in the wall to see a girl undress and he fantasizes about her, while using a plane (to plane wood with). Therefore symbolising masturbation. With a woodworking plane! Fantastic! Conclusion: great for bad moviefans. Expect a release soon.
