Started off with promise but fell on its face after about the 35 minute mark.I hope the sequel will be better.

Saw it last night.

It was alright, felt pretty indifferent to it.

Way too much shakey-cam. Normally I quite like the frenetic hand-held style, but this film took it to the point where the action scenes were just a mass of confusion.

Oh, and one scene, in the underground, was just pathetic. He obviously used a zombie Oyster card...

The one question I have, and I'll word this carefully: Is the kiss an intentional act of revenge?

saw it last night, overall, its entertaining, however if it kept the first part it would have been excellent. I've got to contrast perkin, i think the shakey-cam was a device that made the rage virus come out and help the audience see the frenzied behaviour up close. Brought the audience closer to the madness, which worked to its advantage and the rage was better than i remember it in the first one because of it.

The opening scene is great, really liked that bit.

I saw 28 weeks later and enjoyed it, it was pretty good. The opening sequence was excellent, really excellent. Well shot, brilliant cinematography and tone.

However, I couldn't help but sense it lost it a bit with the nato/yanky control territory and there was a prolonged period of silliness, before some more enjoyment came.

If it would have been able to sustain the beginning of the movie, and I think it could have done by not having all the american/nato crap and done a survival thing instead.

i'll leave it at that to avoid spoilers, I think it could have been a lot better and if it would have sustained the excellent opening tone and scenes it would have been a truely great horror film. It didn't though, which is a crying shame.

At least it had the happy ending. :wacky: :googley:

ps. i was slightly drunk at the time btw, hence why we hurling abuse at the "I'm a pc vs I'm a retard" adverts at the beginning.
