well, then: nope. they don't kill no maid in that one.
It's based on a true story. Got a KILLER soundtrack too.
Really awesome film, that captures the essence of being in the early teens. I recognized so much of the way these fellas talked and thought, I was amazed.

PS: Add Kill Bill vol 2 to my worst list. What a piece of boring, clich? packed drivel!

I loved the first part too, but the second? UGH! Painfull.
As I read in one review: 'It's long and it FEELS long'
Nearly no fighting, only lots and lots of talking. In contrast to Tarantino's usual impressivly written dialogues however, this was just boring yattering of no interest. Lots of cul-de-sac, meaningless segments and so many clich?s it started to feel like a parody instead of a salute to the genre.
There are a few bright spots like Gordon Liu as the ancient know-it-all kung fu trainer and a segment with Michael Madsen that almost works, but it's sadly not enough to save the whole 2h 16m picture.

I love Quentin's other work and do belive he's a genius, but I wont pretend everything with his signature is amazing, like a lover blinded by passion.

**MINISPOILER**** (highlight to view)
And talk about the least satisfying ending ever?blah.
**MINISPOILER-END****

Add 'The Big Empty' to BEST list (see sci-fi board). Damn fine film that!

Added the polish version of 'Seul Contre Tous' (aka I Stand Alone) - 'Day of the Wacko' to the WORST list. DAMN Polityk, why didn't you warn us about that one?

u think how to lose a guy in 10 days is bad, at least its got that hot blonde chick to redeem it, wanna watch a really sick depraved peice of filth? watch Never Been Kissed, was forced to watch it by 3 girlfriends (as in actual friends who are girls, im no bigamist.....honest  ) and it was the most crappest fucking peice fo shit ive ever seen in my entire life, i was close to boaring holes through my head with a drill just to escape that horrible horrible nightmare of Shoo barrymore on screen crying and looking like a ropey old jane trying to be a 16yo or something, the only thing that klept me goin through the film was the serious desire to inject a little bit of my decency into the friend who was sat to the right of me, and as we all know theres only 1 way to inject decency into a hot chick

recently ive been on a 50s b-movies scifi fest so over recent weeks ive watched

Them!
When Worlds Collide
Shaun of the dead (not 50s but watched it neway)
the black scorpion
IT! Came From Beneath The Sea
the giant behemoth
and a few other movies i cant remember

and i enjoyed them all

also been watching lots of tv episodes

time trax
alf
inspector gadget
teenage mutant ninja turtles
etc etc

ive got Eurotrip to watch tonight, well ive got a million other movies i need too watch too but eurotrips at the top of the pile

Hm, if it's not funny for you then it must be because you simply don't understand it. Now that's not meant to offend thee, sir, it's deeply rooted in Polish reality and the tradition of Polish comedy, gone a bit philosophical. I can tell you one thing: the guy's obsessions are presented in a very realistic way, I know some ppl who behave this way. There's a slight chance you might like the previous "part", Nic Smiesznego. Although I guess those dialogues are only funny in Polish, because they also base on some characteristics of the Polish lang.
