Just got Burnout 4 myself - pretty damn good. Don't know what to think about the 'checking' though, it is pretty cool, but so far it seems to makes it a bit easier I thought, but I've only got to the third rating so far. I'm stoked they have so many shortcuts now, eventhough I'm usually going too fast to go down a lot of them :D
Good to see Apocalyptica in the songs :) Too bad it's not one of their better ones though.

Fahrenheit is apparently called "Indigo Prophecy" in the US in case anyone's looking for it (I'm not from the US so don't know for sure).
Here's the website...
http://www.atari.com/indigo/
There's a Fahrenheit review here too...
http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=60494

Can't wait for it download - cheers Spud

Yeah same here in Australia, they wont allow R (18+) games for some stupid reason, eventhough most gamers are adults. Some they cut down to MA (15+) rating like GTA (cut out driving hookers to alleyways), and other are just banned outright like leisure suit larry. Manhunt got through cos it's violence, not sex :? but I think it was banned in New Zealand. Don't think I'll ever understand how a censors mind works.
Not heard anything about Fahrenheit here though, hopefully it gets through.

afaik, uncensored in the uk :beerchug:

When Britain first at Heav'n's command
Arose from out the azure main;
This was the charter of the land,
And guardian angels sang this strain;

Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves:
Britons never shall be slaves.

The nations not so blest as thee,
Shall in their turns to tyrants fall;
While thou shalt flourish great and free,
The dread and envy of them all.

Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves:
Britons never shall be slaves.

Still more majestic shalt thou rise,
More dreadful from each foreign stroke;
As the loud blast that tears the skies,
Serves but to root thy native oak.

Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves:
Britons never shall be slaves.

Thee haughty tyrants ne'er shall tame,
All their attempts to bend thee down
Will but arouse thy generous flame;
But work their woe, and thy renown.

Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves:
Britons never shall be slaves.

To thee belongs the rural reign;
Thy cities shall with commerce shine;
All thine shall be the subject main,
And every shore it circles thine.

Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves:
Britons never shall be slaves.

The Muses, still with freedom found,
Shall to thy happy coast repair;
Blest Isle! With matchless beauty crowned,
And manly hearts to guide the fair.

Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves:
Britons never shall be slaves.

Old songs are the best, totally unbelievably un-PC :lol:

Fahrenheit was a bit of a disapointment, it's too short by MILES, I've finished it already :(

i haven't even downloaded it, have you played an alternative path? From what i read 'completed' is subjective.

That's part of the problem, the paths all (seem) to converge on the one ending, I'll try again. I reckon it can be finished in 5 hours or less so I'll do it again I guess

Anyone else with a bad taste after playing this game?
Storyline is interesting but gameplay... :wacky:

Most of the time it's playable but in some sequences you have to press buttons/move stick according colors and directions.
That just plain sucks.
It totally doesn't have an added value for most of the sequences. Like the part with the old blind lady where she hypnotizes you.. :matrix:
Done it millions of times and always failes for some reason. (And I press them in correct order).
It does work in fighting scenes but not in most others.

Results in: Game shelved.
Need fix: Grab Resident Evil... (1 is soooo good)

Loved Omikron but this one is just not it.

Remake is miles better than 1, same game just vastly improved in gameplay and graphics. 4 is sooooo much better than remake. Infact best to worst it goes:

Resident Evil 4
Resident Evil Remake
Resident Evil 1: Director's Cut
Resident Evil 1
Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil: Code Veronica
Resident Evil: 0
Resident Evil: 3
Resident Evil Outbreak + lesser games

:)

It's the gamecube version I'm playing.

Doing them in this order (all on gamecube)
Zero (done)
1 (remake) working on it.
2, 3, Code Veronica, 4.

Do have both Outbreak games as well, but will do them when I've the spare time for it :)
Those 2 are playstation games, so not really in a hurry.
You forgot Dead Aim, or is that a lesser game :D
Well its playstation again... a pattern?

Also have Resident Evil: Gaiden for the gameboy advance.
Almost never play that one. :eatthis:
