Cary Elwes was appalling, I had to just ignore his "acting", overall though I thought it was good, as to guessing that the killer was the Bed guy, I'm impressed, I got the fact that the orderly had set it up, but missed the "bigger picture"

I didn't guess the "Bed guy". I meant the orderly. Although I did notice that his voice didn't sound anything like the way it did on the tapes, I thought that was just one more plot hole. When he interrupted the doctor at the hospital with "His name is John!" (or whatever...) it was a dead giveaway! As was the fact that the dr. was screwing the student (or going to screw, or whatever), when they showed her smiling at him so palpable.
And that scene when then wife got ahold of the gun and was aiming it at the orderly??? OH PLEEEEEASE!!!!
By the time I got to that last part with the guy getting up from the floor, I was so furiously mad at how shitty the picture was, that I didn't care. It was just a cheap last "scare", and a final redundant twist, made in true Agatha Christie fassion, where the vital clues as to solving the puzzle are left out.

Luckily I watched 'Malefique' afterwards, and that sure saved the day. :beerchug:

I must say that i can agree with John_Doe, i also didn't like this movie very much i thought it to be somewhat mediocre.

And what's up with them silly ow we nearly got a bad guy but let him escape like 500 times, That's just too lame :?

There were some nice scenes but overall it was just somwhat boring

the only thing which got me hanging by the edge of my seat was the scene when one of the guys is startin to saw off his leg hahahahhaha just great

Glad i watched Frankenfish tnight

Made me forget that badass SAW hahhahahah

Got to agree with the naysayers I'm afraid. :(

I had such high hopes for the movie as it looked really edgey and quite extreme from all the promo material, but in reality it turned out to be a badly acted, jumbled mess which doesn't even deserve to be compared to Se7en, as some reviewers are.

REALLY Disappointing. :(

I watched this film when it came out and even though I thought the red herrings were a bit cliche and obvious, it was a high tension film and for the first time in a LONG time, I wanted to yell at the characters on the screen, especially the dreaded 'saw' finale :-o

I would recommend it to any genre fan
