Exposé - I thought this was a good movie, though it's stretched out too far imo. The story is nice.

Faces of Death - way overrated. How anyone could have ever believed it was all real is beyond me.

Revenge of the Boogeyman - dull movie. I mean: these murders, they are way over the top in stupidity. The mirror shard story is nice, but can't save the rest of this hour.

While watching this movie, my TV went berserk on me, raising the volume by itself to its maximum and other weird stuff. That might have influenced my opinion of the movie a little. It's still not a masterpiece, that's for sure.

Black Christmas - been awhile since i watched a teen-slasher, so there

The Living and The Dead - the movie was quite disturbing, i liked the fastforward looney scenes with fucked up music

Human Experiments - another video nasty of which I really don't understand why it was banned. OK, there a re women in prison, but it's not a typical WIP movie. OK, some people die, but mostly in the imagination of the main character. OK, the doctopr is a sick f**k, but he's not showing anything which makes banning the movie understandable. Oh, the movie itself is not really interesting. Nice to watch, not to rewatch.

The Prestige (2006) - Awesome cast and nice movie. Despite that it is based on the stupid idea of "cloning" things via electricity i liked it a lot. The terrible slang of Christian Bale made it a bit difficult to understand sometimes but it was a fantastic movie in which there is no real good or bad guy. All of the protagonists are both good and bad and you switch between whom you like a couple of times. Recommended.

I don't care, I didn't make the movie  Btw: you lot must have noticed many of my released movies are bad, most of them in a funny way, some of them not.

I watched:

Devil Hunter - bad movie in a funny way: lots of continuity mistakes, a very unscary monster an a multi-ethnic tribe. This VN was bad, but not dull.

Nightmare Maker - quite a good story, albeit very far fetched at points. I thought it was entertaining, especially if you compare it to other Nasties.

i've watched Diario de un Skin. Short Story: Skinheads kills some guy, than the mate of him infiltrates into skins and records with camera what they doing. Well, his looking for big fishes, cause police can do nothing about the murder. He needs some proves.

Movie is really not bad. Shit is, that i couldn't find subtitles, and there floding only Spanish versions, so i had to watch spanish... but it's not so hard to watch:)

I recommend it, specially, if you understand the language

p.s. i can put it in non-horror section, if someone needs it, with screens, etc.

Quella villa accanto al cimitero a.k.a. House By The Cemetery (1981) - Uurgghhh... I didn't like it. Too much overdone gore and victims not moving a finger to protect themselves, rather standing still and wait until they throat is cut three times. No real plot either and sometimes terrible editing/cutting. It really had potential in my opinion but in the end it sucked.

El Maquinista a.k.a. The Machinist (2004) - Great movie about a guy who hasn't slept for one year and find out that strange things are happening around him. I don't want to spoil anything, you should see this movie. If you have seen Fight Club you won't be surprised about how things turn out in this movie.

Friday night was full of movies again:

Flying Virus - why did Rutger Hauer star in this turkey? Unbelievable how people can cooperate on an endless journey into shit like this movie. Avoid.

After that, it was Video Nasty night again:

Mardi Gras Massacre - quite nice serial killer story, although the reason for killing is hilarious (something with old Aztec rituals). The killings are gory enough.

Killer Nun - nunsploitation, but not the way you know it. This nun is a killer, sometimes in a subtle way sometimes brutal.

Unhinged - a nice twist in the storyline made this movie not completely forgettable. The rest of the movie is quite dull, although the blonde girl looks good.

I saw this at the cinema and I thought I threw my money away. Way too pretentious, this semi rip-off of that movie you mentioned before. I thought it was a boring experience to watch this, the only good thing about it being Christian Bale starving himself to get "in shape" for this role.

Last night I watched nasties again:

The Witch Who Came From The Sea - tedious, with very very fake murders which I laughed about. The story sucks.

Night of the Demon - liked this one a lot. Some sort of a Bigfoot (a guy in a wooly/hairy suit) jumps out of the forest and kills people, then disappears again. A professor and his students are gonna investigate this by camping out in the forest. Very wise dude, this professor :watchingyou:

The Living Dead at Manchester Morgue - yay, I saved the best for the last again! Funny movie with zombies, that's totally my thing. This movie should get re-released in theaters (note: re-release, not re-make), I'll go watch it for sure!

Something Is Out There (1988): Very nice sci-fi horror with good casting and a interesting story. I really recommend it to everyone. The first half is more into telling the story and introducing the characters, whilst the second half contains more action. THUMBS UP!

Visiting Hours - surprisingly good, considering the average quality of other nasties I watched recently. Michael Ironside rocks as a serial killer who knows no boundaries when it comes to killing the person he wants dead.
