It is about a fella who kills whole families, he gets executed but comes back as a man made of sand and continues killing. It is a fairly recent film I believe, last decade at the very least.
I also remember flash back to when he was a kid and he got beatings from his father, maybe also had his lips shown shut.
It is not banned or anything, I rented it from a shop, just wanna know the title.
I thought it was sandman but can find nothing on IMDB.
