Hatchet looks promising but is anyone seen it and if what they think about it ?
It got some nice reviews at imdb :D
Maybe a movie to look forward ...

i've seen it at Fright Fest. imho nothing really catchy. plot is dull as always in slashers, acting terrible (nice cameos though), silly and annoying humor throughout the flick, some quite gory deaths (but made on considerably small budget). worth checking out? possibly, but there are better movies...

but hey, my description fits almost any slasher from the 80's, so it must be fun after all.

and i when seeing the director on stage before the movie rolled i thought, that tagline 'it's not a sequel, not a remake and it's not based on a japanese one' was the only thing this guy could memorize. but it says nothing 'bout movie itself :wacky:
