ok I remember a scene where a woman takes out a head of lettuce or cabbage from the fridge and sets it on the counter, then return to rummage in the icebox. when her back is turned, the lettuce/cabbage peels back and it's a human head.

cant get the scene out of my head for the past 12 years. any help?
