as a spin-off of the "Slasherpool disappoints me" thread, I was playing around with alexa's traffic comparison chart and thought you guys would find this interesting. Without looking at any numbers beforehand, I would have said B-D would be the king of horror websites:
And, they actually are, with the exception of joblo.com/arrow. But I cant compare that url past the .com
The most interesting thing is putting other sites url's in there that I thought would rival B-D & Chud, but they barely even register on the chart
Like, upcominghorrormovies.com, horror.ca, dreadcentral, fearnet, & creature corner. Fangoria registers about half-way between the bottom & shocktillyoudrop. Rue Morgue is halfway between that, and horrorhound barely makes it to one pixel.
Then, when you put general movie sites in the mix, they dwarf everything. Like ew.com and variety.com.
