read more... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstop ... egger.html i personally got enough when terminator 3 was released... is this desperate steps from a cash cow or is it someone that really care for the terminator idea, i guess only time will tell... for some strange reasons i smell a new alien trilogy coming also, but maybe thats just me... |

Me too. Let's forget about Arnie and tell the story of the rise of the machines and the human resistance - those elements are my favourite in the TV show. Christian Bale is as good a choice as any to play John Connor. |

i liked t3... naked sexy terminator chick... crane car destruction sequence.., cool "don't do that" joke... .. world destroyed in nuclear fire at the end... meh.. i have seen MUCH MUCH worse. I do not know why everyone rags on t3 so much.
they ARE ignoreing the TV Show TSCC, (the Shara Connor Chronicals) and is is THE TV SHOW that ignores t3. The director in teh recent scifi special of Empire Magazine says that the cannon follows directly from the film t3. Though he is using the tag line "There is no fate, but that witch we make" from t1 and t2 as a way of saying that anything set in the future apart from the going back in time events, can be changed as much as he likes, just like they did in t2. Lucky for teh director there is so little of teh future told that he can pretty much do what ever he llikes. |

My opinion too. T2 was cool. T3 seemed like a "cash cow", although it developed the story pretty well. T1 made me want to see more of those sci-fi scenes of humans fighting the machines and I hope that the new one will provide that and maybe even more.

Yeah I believe they should have let the series die after T2, it had the perfect ending... they destroy the company that makes the Terminator and Skynet, end of story. After T2 James Cameron the guy who first came up with the idea washed his hands of this franchise and imo it should have ended right there but nope they need more money! |

But they found a new arm, the one Arnie lost when he got stuck in the wheel and broke it off. They only threw the chip and the old arm in it (and Arnie ofcourse) What a mistake! |

It doesn't really end with T2. As you know they have sent back the Terminators from the future. So there are many more events coming up. So if they show what happens later, it's just fine to me.
