The original pre-cert Expose VHS tape is going for :GBP $510.00 (Approximately US $783.00) on ebay right now. Mind is blown.

Someone also ended up paying over $50 for a Japanese VHS of "Wild Beasts" Directed by Franco Prosperi.

What are the highest, most absurd prices for rarities you've ever seen? Calling all VHS collectors...

I hate to think that I could have seen that Bob Gibson tape in a flea market before & immediately passed it up, thinking it to be completely insignificant.

Yeah but look at the Amazon listing. Four different copies & the least expensive is still $20,000. There must be some magical healing powers in this tape. :jesus:

One part of me wants to go on an internet journey of discovery and find out what this is all about... another part wants to forget.

It seems sellers jack up the price of an item when it goes out of print, even if it isn't worth very much. A lot of the times, when/if the film gets reissued, the prices drop.

I wonder if you made an offer for say, $200, they'd take it.
