My feelings - a dissapointment.....

The female vampires look cool enough......but yuk, that's suposed to be a frankenstein ? And the werewolf looks EYEPOKINGLY CGI...(convincing hair is still a fable in cgi land)

don't call me quick on judgement, these kind of flicks don't depend on story, but on eye candy.....

Van Helsing will surely be better than The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Perhaps not much, but still... I just can't imagine how it could be worse.

I guess you know what to expect. It will be stupid as hell. It's the kind of movie you watch once and then forget about it, but this one time is pretty entertaining. A timekiller, nothing more.

League of extraordinary gentlemen was a fun film to watch, but nothing else. Not one I would keep, prolly never watch again, story idea was good, but execution was not so great. All in all a run of the mill movie with some pretty good eye candy.

I hate the way they throw all these monsters into one movie and make it crap. League of XG is the perfect comparison. They both are doing a lot to kill of these monsters and villains for years to come. The average movie-goer (read: stupid) will see the next werewolf movie advertised and, even if its awesome, they'll just say to themselves "I just watched a movie with a werewolf, vampires and Frankenstein. I don't need to see this one that only has one monster."
