ALIENS vs PREDATOR

I must say I miss the colonial marines already...

If these scientist are going to be as distracting as those damn teens were in jason vs freddy.....than pffff.......FFWD please...

Further more I'm concerned about proper built up / screen time for both villains.....

This could litterally become a comic on celluoid....a 90 min francise raping moneymaker....

I'm really concerned about this one....since I love both characters

Well if they keep the gore factor up like the other movies then I am there the opening day.The trailer is nice but doesn't show a whole lot which I guess is a good thing not wanting to shoot your load off before its time.Hell,what am I saying here,even if the movie totally sucks I am still going to see it and buy the fucker when it is released on dvd.Lets hope they do what they did with the other alien series and make director's/extended cuts for this one...hopefully we won't have to wait a decade for it though.Couldn't be any worse than Jason X imo.

At least you had the balls to state it was you...I just can't understand your reasoning that's all.Of course saying that..I can go on record(which I think I have done before) in saying that I have always considered Dawn of the Dead to be more than a bit weak...that is why I am looking so forward to the remake...couldn't do much worse. :P

Alien movies,i can't say i'm over keen on em...can't give a reason...just not to my liking....out of all of em i guess Aliens was my favourite (if you can call it that)

Predator.....first one i must have watched a hundred times (which happened over a drunken bank holiday weekend when all we could manage to do was stagger to the bath filled up with cold beers and watch 2 pirate videos of the time one being Predator) So basically i detest that movie now because of this :matrix:

Predator 2....yeah was ok i guess....better without Arnie in it :wacky:

but put the two together?!?......that is just a blatant pull at purse strings to try and drag loads more millions $$ into 2 already long dead movie series, but that's my opinion and i'm sure others will have theres :)

BUT with that so is remaking DOTD so what do i know :lol: i just like DOTD more than i do the above 2 series of movies :wink:

I agree they are both an attempt to cash in on the whole"Lets revive this old horror movie thing"But if they make quality work then I don't think I am going to complain about it.Especially the A vs. P thing which only saw it beeign made After the success of Freddy vs. Jason...they had kicked around that A vs. P thing for years and no one would touch it or if they did they would soon drop it .So I really don't give much props to fox for releasing it out as it should have been done a long time ago.The Dawn of the dead thing came as a complete suprise to me as did the Suspiria remake.I remember the remake of Night of the living Dead and it was alright..not as good as the first but at least it wasn't total shit like it very easily could have been.I guess it is a matter of wait and see...I just hope in Dawns case they don't go the route of House of the dead with the actors just beeing so annoying that you can't wait for a munch scene or try and make it a cheeky movie with stale one liners and the lot.

I'm looking forward to it as I regard it as a predator movie. If I regarded it as an aliens movie I'd be very worried, there's a certain standard held by those 3 films....

Yeah,that 3rd one was kind of weak :P And the extended version of that....Just what I wanted to see...Charles Dunning preaching more sermons on the mount.

since i liked both predator movies and the first 3 alien movies, this one is a must see for me. furthermore, i already enjoyed both aliens vs predator pc games (the first one only as a multiplayer game). so, let's see how this one is going to be... :wink:

i remember way way back when this movie was first thought of there was a trailer released and they had it as a totally computer generated film, kinda like toy story, but then later as in a few months back i saw a trailer or 2 that were live action, coz the CG one wouldve sucked big time, personally i found Alien ressurection was better then alien 3, infact thinking about it the only alien movies i really care for is Alien (the original), i realise having stated my taste in alien movies i better not drop the soap :-o

i loved predator 1 and 2 though and the AvP games (2 was better then 1 but neither were scary in the least), but im willing to give the movie a chance, maybe ill enjoy it maybe i wont, who knows.

you know what Would be a good movie... Aliens Vs Predator Vs The Killer Tomatoes :mrgreen:

na, that would be a crime, since bishop is in it :) Maybe bishop goes insane ala ash and then there's three maniac 'species' on the loose. I'd bet on bishop because the millenium group with some doomsday weapons would be on his team, plus he could turn into a vampire or go after pumpkinhead if he has a spare minute. :mrgreen:
