Well they fired the show runner of TWD and replaced him with Angela Kang. I think the show got better after that.

I stopped watching The Walking Dead when they killed Rick and Fear the Walking Dead when they completely obliterated the story in favour of some random knobs, both of which seemed to have happened due to the shitty showrunner. Unless they've fired the show runners, I can't imagine its going to be any good. |

Yeah but you know what i mean, did they make the spin-off movies they were talking about at the time? AFAIK, they promoted the showrunner to being in charge of all the Walking Dead properties, which is a crime, so if he's involved in this one, its a hard pass. edit: He's still there, executive producer, producer and writer. He got promoted instead of fired. Grim. The guy wrote Ghost Rider, wtf... its like those clowns that did Game of Thrones then ran it off a cliff. |

Does it recover? I will pick it up if so... i appreciate the special effects but the plots messed up. I think i got half way through that season, so i've got one or two seasons to go. Fear i just quit when they moved the story from the central family which broke the narrative. |

I have to agree. It's not the same without Rick. This last season is a bit better though. |
