Anyone seen the Guinea Pig Series? (or at least parts of it)
Is it any good? Some people say it's sick as hell, others agree with that but says it's crap, but other's just say it's pure shit.

Can I have some opinions please, as to the likeablenessyness of this series? :wacky:

Oh. And are there any short extracts available so that I may sample the "cut" so to speak, before downloading the full movies?`

(didn't know where to write this, there seems to be no "movie dicussion forum, or maybe I'm just blind  )

I've seen all of them and they vary HUGELY in terms of quality and gore levels, 1, 2 and mermaid are pretty gross though, devil doctor woman and android of notre dame are utter crap.

Oh and by the way the right place for this discussion is "horror Fanatics Cabal" which i where I've moved it to :)

yeah :) I went back on now, and saw this forum. I was gonna go back and apologize and suggest a move myself, but you beat me to it! heh. thanks! :wacky:

except for the gore and sickness of id est the first two, are there any other qualities that make these movies worth watching. (although if i'm in the right mood, blood & sickness is good enough)

ummm, there's pretty much NO plot of that's what you're after, although "he never dies" is quite funny

No plot and no characters. The first one (Flowers or Flesh and Blood?) is just an attempt to fake a snuff movie. The rest don't really try the same thing, but still come off as tacky. I recommend not seeing them. Of course, I did watch them myself, so decide for yourself.

You could watch Naked Blood, which is almost as gory (in places) but backs it up with a plot and characterisation (strange characterisation, but it's there!)

blah blah blah
surely devils experiment & flower of flesh & blood have no real consistant plot but mermaid in a manhole is almost poetic in a sick way, guinea pig's for true gore fetishs only

I think I'll check this interesting new title "Naked Blood" out, thanx PC

From time to time I enjoy a bucket or two of blood, Unit, but I do enjoy some plot as well. heh. :wacky:

Naked Blood is like a really gory art film. I watched it with a friend and we were constantly saying "No way" and not just to the gore. The love for the cactus was also a cause for surprise.

I loved naked blood, and even I find the Guinea-pig films a bit too sick and twisted at times. I've seen them though.
Just needed to know.. if you know what I mean.

Its all of those actually hehe!

Ive seen them all but the first one is what started it all(well, it was first and thats probably why)and i find i enjoy the first one the best. True, there is no plot but i wasnt expecting anything more. Its just a flick to feed your depraved needs i suppose. However ive seen sicker since then. Which only made me sicker hehe.

The effects are well done and fun to watch, if this is your kind of fun that is.

Well, I've taken a pass on them :) hehe... not my style.. But I went with "Naked Blood" despite its nastiness 'cause it seemed it made some sense as well. So that's on my list to download, but in front of that there's 60 other movies so I hope the file is still alive when I get to it :?
