I just showed 'The Hidden' to my friend, and although he enjoyed it, he noticed a tiny fact that I hadn't seen: If this guy is an alien 'parasite' and has jumped from host to host all over the galaxy, how come his special weird-looking alien gun fits perfect in a human hand? |

Easy: 1 parasite alien race + numerous human looking races -> parasites design weapons for favourite hosts. |

/me points and laughs at John_Doe Or he has a collection of different guns buried in his back garden. I mean you don't have to travel light, like the predator... take a numerous collection of guns and skulls where ever you go (in the case of Predator 2, remember to put your Alien (from aliens) skull in the centre of your collection  )

It's been listed in Empire's production hell quite a number of times over the past few years, so i think they are certainly giving it a good chance to be made (production hell list delays, and what not.. so the new "of the Dead" has been listed a few times, resident evil (because of director swaps) was in there a few times, etc.) |

The Hidden is one of my favourite movies! That alien gun thing I have no reasonable explanation, aarrgh! But how did the alien got so big in the end when first it was able to fit into a dog, as I recall.  but anyway a great movie.....
