Well it's been very long time i watched this movie on video..i don't remember the cast, director or anything..the turkish cover of the vhs (or betamax??) tape had a tittle "family man,cutthroat/murderer" or someting.
the plot was something like that:

a child like young michael myers kills his family all, and put in a asylum,prison or something..the years later a group of teenagers, go to his ruined house and began to party and stay for a night or long. than the child who grew up, turns back to his house and began to slay teens. i surely remember the last scene
they put the murderer into a deep hole or something, on the backyard of the house with a timing-bomb attached to a camera, when the camera automatically says "say cheese,smile" or something, the bomb explodes and the man dies.

well there's a lot. but some of them. only some scenes i can remember.

movie 1: a woman is trapped on a apartment flat. and couldn't get out. she tries to broke the window with someting, but everything inside the house is sticked to the floor, soon she finds a chair but it's yet to broke the window. she screams but nobody hears her. that's it. (note: i think it's not sharon stone's appartment)

movie 2: i think it's an adventure movie, maybe look like the goonies. i only remember is there's a 2 child looking for a 3 Crosses and a 3 notes. they find one of them in a gravedigging. all i can remember is this.

movie 3: well lol i only remember 1 scene, and the cover has it. a robot, or a cyborg. makes itself, erm.. creates itself i mean. with some electrical stuff. maybe it fixes itself whatever it is no it ain't terminator the cyborg looks like really cyber-punk to me

and all of those movies are from the 80's, but the first would be 70's too.

another title that sucks my head

a mad electricty terrorizes a family's house, controlling electriical machnies such as refrigerator, water heater etc.
i remember the scene that when the mom of the house is having a shower, this freakin electiric heats the weater and makes the woman burn like hell
