Need help with a movie i want to watch but dont recall the name

I saw the trailer sometime ago and its a bout 2 mendriving in the car and they listen to the ppl conversations on the radio!
They decided to call the station and making some pranks!
One listener did not like that and follow them with his car!

Its a kinda new movie maybe its crap or maybe not!

I seen one kind of like that, called Joy Ride, but they are prank calling over the CB to a trucker pretending they are some lass
