None of the Paramount ones are. Its against their policy to release uncut (read: good) versions of their movies. So, between 2 and 8, none. I did release a version of part four with extra scenes included in the TV broadcast, but that hardly qualifies as uncut. After that, 9 is uncut (though there are scenes in the workprint that I have, but nothing special). I'm not sure about X, but, if the release version isn't, the workprint released before it went to theatres probably is. There was also a work print of FvJ floating around, but I have no idea about cut vs. uncut on that one.
