Now running it in vlc gives me this screen at the very beginning, so I'm guessing this is part of a 2cd rip..?  Gspot puts this out:

well if you say it's a 2 cd rip check your cd1's in vlc and see if anything looks similar? |

Googling could have gotten you the answer, too. Google image search for "porky" brought up some close results. 
And another guy with an uncanny resemblence to the one pictured in the first post.
