OK people I have had a hard time trying to find out anything about this old movie. I saw this when I was younger and HBO was first on the scene. So was early 80's, late 70's. The gist of the movie is that some elderly people are to be evicted from their apt building becouse of a new construction project being built. What ends up happening is that they fight back by killing of the main ppl responsable for this. One scene that has remained vivid all these years was them pushing a man into a concrete mold and filling it. At one point the mans fingers and toes come out and they cut them off with an axe. So any help on this or a lead or two would be nice.
