Which do you know the name of this horror film?

Friends of the site are fanatic for horror films, I have been seeking insistently for information on an old film that I already attended, the great problem is that I don't remind the name.
In the film, vain young-adults to a mansion, among the same ones have marry her, an or two nerds, in the mansion everything happens and few get to escape of the same.

Some scenes were in my mind, I will comment on the scenes here:

During an occultism session, woman is possessed by demoniac entity and you/he/she is with the deformed face. ( I am not sure, but it seems that she was reading him/it
necronomicom).

When some of the group tried to escape of the mansion for a different road, the death (he/she appears traditionally, skeletal, with the black hood and scythe) probe appears to impede the passage and if he/she doesn't deceive exterminates me all.

In the it finishes scene a girl tries hopelessly of the mansion to flee going by the back yard, several zombies try to impede her but his/her friend appears of car to have saved her. After this scene film it finishes.

Personal, I know that those scenes are very common in terror films, but they are of the same film.
He/she would like to know somebody already saw this film and in case he/she has seen that it commented on him/it
name (in case they remember, because really difficult to remind the name). At once story with vcs, thank you friends!

Thank you very much friend, I will verify the film is this through images.
I thank for the help.
Have just verified, The Hauting is a very recent film. The film that I mentioned was probably thrown between 1980 and the first years of the decade of 1990. In any way I thank his/her attention.

The recent Haunting was a remake of a 1963 film, but I can't think of anything in the years you mentioned.

I understand, it is really difficult. I remember to have rented in the year 2001, today the film is not more found in the rental company of videos.

Describe the quality (ie low-budget SOV, etc) if you can remember. Sounds kinda like Asylum of Satan (I think... somethign like that), but thats a really crappy flick. Probably wasn't that, actually. Ergh, that description sounds VERY familiar. Itll hit me a year from now at 4 AM.

The film mentioned in the message is of the type Hellgate, Night of the demons, among others. It is the typical film of terror of low budget of the decade of 80 and beginning of the decade of 90 that it uses good effects of make-up. In a scene a brunet woman commands an occultism ritual after some seconds she is possessed by a some spirit or demoniac entity (I consider the best scene of the film). Probably this film is not denominated Asylum of Satan, but I will verify more information on Asylum of Satan as synopsis.
Thank you for trying to help, I thank friend for GrindCallus.

Thank you Geezus, the satisfactory knowledge that you have in horror films was essential. Now assitir this film is subject of time.
I am really using translator, it is Power Translator 8. That film that was in my adolescent memories, now I can see more Horror of 1980.
