CGI is getting tantilizingly close to reality. that 2nd image down looks amazing!

another 2 years & you won't be able to tell the difference between a CGI image
& a photo, i do think CGI human faces will take abit longer to master though.
alot of the CGI faces around at the moment are more characaturish than real.

That last photo, something abit off about the eyes, i suppose we spend our
whole lives looking at other human faces so its easy to spot flaws, whereas
the top photos arn't something we see everyday so its easier to fool your eye.

cool! makes me want to try it out with my crappy digital camera. all i need is a reflective sphere. maybe covering a soccer ball with aluminum will do..... :)
