CGI is getting tantilizingly close to reality. that 2nd image down looks amazing! another 2 years & you won't be able to tell the difference between a CGI image & a photo, i do think CGI human faces will take abit longer to master though. alot of the CGI faces around at the moment are more characaturish than real. That last photo, something abit off about the eyes, i suppose we spend our whole lives looking at other human faces so its easy to spot flaws, whereas the top photos arn't something we see everyday so its easier to fool your eye. |
