Yeah, those are some good gore movies, but my favourite/best horror movies are pretty different and independant of gore. You can find opinions on the best horror movies here: http://forum.dead-donkey.com/viewtopic.php?t=8379 As for gore, those are some good choices though. About the fangoria list, whilst they are supposed to be ones "you've never heard of" i have to say i've seen pretty much all of them and they can be found on this site ![]() ![]() ps. you don't need to hxxp on this site, the board software anonymises links |

Thought you said horror/GORE movies.... That fangoria list is pretty good, though I didn't look through all of it. Its hard to pick favorite/best horror movies, cuz there are so many. |

Well if you want good, straight up, horror flicks. Try these. Dont know if they're on the fangoria list. 1. Cemetary Man 2. Deathdream 3. Children shouldn't Play with Dead things 4. Deadline 5. The Changling 6. Dario Argento's Inferno 7. Black Sabbath 8. House By the Cemetary 9. Raw Meat (Deathline) 10. Toolbox Murders (1977) Those are a good start. I tried my hardest to refrain from obvious choices, like Dawn of the Dead, Suspiria, etc. It all depends on what people consider horror. Some say films like 'Last house on the LEft' and 'House on the Edge of the Park' -style are horror. they are more like shock flicks to me, as is some of the gore flick nico and I mentioned. Some are good, but cheesy, too, like 'Pieces'. Not scary but fun. There really isn't a definitive list, though that fangoria one is probably pretty close. Many here, however, would disagree. ![]() |

LOL but of those 101 movies, how many you reckon us guys will have seen? Gotta be more than a few, maybe we can sue them for false advertising. |

Probably all. Looking through it, I could point to maybe 10 or 15 I haven't seen, and thats cuz they didn't look they'd hold my interest. LOL. Any one of us could have made a list of ones you "haven't seen and wouldn't want to". |
