Post subject:  The Cut / Uncut thread...

Thought a thread enquiring into whether or not DVDs/videos was needed. I was going to buy this today:
http://www.play.com/play247.asp?page=ti ... tle=122127
This is the Region 2 Anchor Bay edition, just released on the 25th of August. I did a bit of digging and assumed it was uncut, but then I checked http://www.bbfc.co.uk

Now the BBFC website claims says that the video release in 1988 was cut by 14s (submitted with runtime 90mins 6 s, passed with 89m 51s), and the cinema release was uncut
(93m 54s) with a different distributor:
http://www.bbfc.co.uk/website/Classifie ... enDocument

Now that was submitted in 1988, there has been no other entry for this film which is normally the case, so does anyone know if the new edition is cut or not?
