Malignus

After living many years in Paris, Marc Dalmas comes back to Lebanon to visit his sister As soon as he arrives, he finds his sister murdered in her house. The police is unable to handle the case because there wasn't any serial killer in Lebanon before. The same night, Marc witnesses another murder while being drunk. He noticed something strange about the murder, something important he is unable to remember. Due to the incompetence of the police, Marc decides to find the killer and revenge his sister's death.

The quality is very low (320x192), but it's watchable.
