Quote:
Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy, and Bill Corbett - three of the brilliantly insane minds behind the cult classic TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000 - finally reunite to unleash their warped sense of humor on the cinema of yesteryear as The Film Crew. Charged with the task of giving all movies their own commentary tracks, the Film Crew valiantly steps forward to tackle the best of the worst, continuing with Killers From Space.

When a scientist (Peter Graves) uncovers an unbelievable alien plot to conquer Earth using giant insects and reptiles. He finds himself alone in a battle to save the world. But is Earth's technology enough to defend the planet from the evil Astronians from Astrol Delta?

I think I can see the original movie without the so-called gags of these three cretins

It's a matter of taste of course, but I never liked any kind of interference with an original movie. This includes things like "What's Up Tiger Lily", the inept "patchworks" made by people like Jerry Warren or Godfrey Ho (especially when the original movies were far better), the gags from a TV host interrupting a movie, the colorization, etc etc.
The real blasphemators are those talentless people. But you can call me an ayatollah if you want

I have found a lot of movies which I wanted to watch after having seen them at MST3K. Chances are huge I wouldve missed them if they weren't shown there.

I'm only messing fantomas 2 and can understand your point of view, took me a good 4/5 sittings to go from loathing the MST3k voice over idea to loving it. I thought they did a damned fine job for most part back in the day. It wasn't like they was touching films considered classics like say Seven Samurai or Citizen Kane they was mostly with the odd exception films so bad a few gags added helped them. I think in the case of film crew you even get the original movie and added voice over version on the disc.
