no imdb, did a search: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0411475/Tarantino has nothing to do with this film, pretty much like all of his "presents". Bullshit marketing  Seems cool. going to jump on it... thanks for posting!

common.. this movie is nuttin but a big mashup of everything tarantino, and rodriguez. The actors, the costumes, the music, camera angels, story and parts of the dialogue are directly copied from Tarantino.

I didn't say it wasn't a rip off, its just not something he had any involvement in. Like they do with Asian movies to 'legitimise' them to americans.

tarantino is listed as executive producer, which might mean he spat some money into it, but I imagine his name also probably helped convince alot of the actors to join in as well.

that's my point, executive producer doesn't mean shit nor does it mean they put anything into it. Its an honorary title; they usually give it to authors, etc. that pretty much have zero input into a project or more often than that, people who own the production company which is the case here. He was slated to play as an actor in his friend's movie and turned it down, what he ended up doing was absolutely nothing.  He didn't do a damn thing on this movie, but you can choose otherwise. Spud The Destroyer presents Evil Dead 2 (because I own it on DVD)
