Linnea Quigley's Horror Workout.

This is a rare must have for any Linnea Quigley fan or bad cinema fan. Some of it is just her showing clips from her movies while she works out, in the first part, but the rest is hilariously awful. Next she gets chased by zombies while she is jogging. Then the zombies corner by the pool and they start working out with her. The final segment is a take-off of the Slumber Party Massacre movies. There isn't any nudity except for the clips she shows but it is still worth it. This was originally a BLooDLiTE release so all credit goes to him.
