In the city of Milan, a brutal gang of thieves rob a jewelry shop and just manage to escape capture by the police. During the robbery, one of the gang members is severely wounded and needs medical attention immediately. The thieves discover that a prominent surgeon lives nearby, bust their way into his house and demand that he aid their wounded companion. After the operation is complete, the sadistic gang decides to have a little fun with the doctor and his beautiful wife, and the doctor is forced to risk more than his life in order to end the barbaric state of affairs.

Judging by the plot summary I'd say it's not a giallo, but an exploitation/crime movie.
