Plot:

The series Kekko Kamen began life as a manga - or Japanese comic book - and presented a kind of erotic variation on the traditional anime subgenre of Mahou shoju, in which (otherwise ordinary) Japanese schoolgirls suddenly find
themselves invested with superhuman powers; in this case, the transformation that yielded superheroine Kekko Kamen rendered her almost completely nude, save an everpresent mask that conceals her lay identity. The original manga opened in a dystopian high school, with the eponymous character rescuing a young girl from the abusive administration.

In this second episode, the sexy female super hero returns clad only in her boots, mask, and cape. The movie sticks close to the anime and manga of the same name. Riding in on her motorbike, Kekko Kamen comes to the aid of a girlsâ€˜-school swim team who are being abused by their teachers and other insidious characters from within the school. A truly bizarre Japanese super hero whose most notable power is a glowing coochie that can knock men senseless.
