It's not so much genitalia as it is pubic hair...Why do you think all the hentai have pussies like an 11 year old?...there is a whole thing about that shit that i find a bit disturbing but I won't get on my soap box here about it except to say that it isn't the genitalia that is offensive to them as it is the pubic hair, Some japanese movies slipped by without the blurring but not many....and of course most hentai has no blurring for the reasons stated above.
