Chiba plays Lt. Iba, the commander of an army squadrom pulled back in time to the days of the Bushido samurai warriors. Thinking that he can become Japan's future ruler if he can conquer the warriors, Iba pits modern against traditional military weaponry in an outrageous display of carnage and special effects.
