Anna lives with her father Karl someplace in
the outskirts of northern Norway. Karl killed
his ex-wife and threw her newborn coloured
child into the sea when he discovered that she

a serious drinking problem. Anna is looking for

Not really a horror, IMDB says it's comedy/drama/romance, but it's surely a low-budget movie with lots of disgusting ideas and violence. Just look at the plot outline above. And here's a comment from IMDB:

I haven't seen it yet, but the comment on IMDB compared it to Evil Dead, and the trailer looked very promising...

I've heard some people say 'it's the weirdest film ever made in Norway' but it sure don't beat 'Bread & Circus'!!!
