Have you ever seen an inprovised film before? Was it coherent? Was it any good? Was it extremley good? Most likley NOT!
But this film is all that and therefore truley too good to be true! All the dialogue was improvised and the scenes made up right before filming (never earlier than the day before) still it comes off as an amazing movie experience! A solar eclipse, a shapeshifter, astral children, windows rebelling, a blind policeman and the end of the world, added to a great soundtrack makes a movie you simply HAVE GOT TO SEE!

Ben Hopkins - Director wrote:
We just drove around in a van, stopped somewhere and started shooting. Who needs a crew of 30 when you can just as well shoot with only one or two persons. We had a script, but most of the movie was improvized by the actors.

Even though it's a film which might make you yearn for marijuanna, you wont regret watching it straight either.. PROMISE!

When i think about improvisation i always associate free jazz, which
i awfully hate.
Blank noise, nothing of a composition, expression of chaos.
(Sorry, that?s it to my mind, maybe i just don?t understand it...)
But then, there are musicians/actors/whatever that improvisate and u wouldn?t
even recognize it and love it.
An ingenious performance that lives for only one moment........

The longer the speech, the less thought, i?m gonna give this a GO.
Very interesting stuff, thanks JD!

Glupi can also mean Smart, though. But I guess it's mostly used in a sarcastic way..?
Remember Augustus Glup from the original 'Willy Wonka'... =)
