you forgot to IVTC! There are hardly any movies that are truely 29.970, this is faked because of a crumy NTSC format. You need to force film or ivtc to 23.976fps, or you have ~6 duplicate frames every second, which leads to stuttering playback and a
huge waste of bitrate.
The only true 29.970fps movies are those shot with old tv cameras or home video, and that's increasingly rare with new cameras.
Since its a brand new release its a good idea to aboart and rerip given that its a large waste of bitrate (which is reported incorrectly given that a lot of frames are just wasted)
It was totally overkill to do a 2cd if those specs are accurate too, 1500kb/s is adequet, providing you IVTC if necessary and the movie is correctly cropped.
Given this is a brand new release, I assume, I would abort the share and rerip and correct these problems with a *proper*

You will see notable improvements and most likely won't need to waste 700mb on an extra cd (and even then, AC3 isn't really needed)
All these problems are easily avoidable by using Gknot and following any competant guide on the program... it makes it difficult to make the ripping errors in gknot if you get to grips with it.
